Description: The Port of Liverpool Building was erected between 1903-1907 and was the first of the ‘Three Graces’ to be built. The design was the subject of a local competition won in 1900 by Briggs and Wolstenholme with Hobbs and Thornley and is Grade II*-listed within the World Heritage Site.
