W H Snow Ltd has been awarded the contract to expand Port Arcades in Ellesmere Port. The new units will provide 17,500 sqft of retail space and a new glazed feature entrance to the centre.

The project, awarded by centre owners Frogmore Real Estates Partners, is planned to take place this September and will be complete third quarter next year.

Phase one of the works is a major sewer diversion and will be complete by November with phase two commencing in January 2011.
