ixia - Public Art Professional Development Seminars

Places Matter! has partnered with ixia, the public art think tank, to deliver a series of public art seminars in the Northwest. The seminars have been devised for artists, curators, public art consultants and representatives of public and private sector organisations that promote and commission public art. In addition to hearing from speakers, attendees will be encouraged to engage actively in discussions and to reflect upon their own work in relation to the issues discussed. The seminars will take place during autumn/winter 2009/10 at locations across the Northwest addressing a variety of topics. Interested? Find out more…
